As a representative of Jiangxi province’s high-end machine manufacturer, HPY Technology was presented with the Outstanding Product Award on Saturday at the China Hi-Tech Fair and its 2023 Forum in Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center last Saturday.

HPY was initially invited by the provincial science and technology department to participate in the CHTF2023 from November 15th-19th. This is an effort to raise better awareness among leaders of the energy and mining sector and to further promote the idea that with pioneering innovations, businesses could smoothly transition into a clean energy oriented mineral production, which in turn, decarbonize the world’s economy.

HPY Technology’s desk was arranged inside Jiangxi exhibition hall and everyone who walked past the exhibit was able to learn more about sensor-based ore sorting and the positive impact it can have on the environment. According to HPY Technology’s Global Brand Director Coral Lin, “HPY Technology have received invitations every year, but due to the pandemic and other circumstances, we’re happy to finally participate this year!”

On Saturday, prior to receiving the award, HPY first met with the Guangdong provincial science and technology director and the department that sponsored the event, for more in-depth discussions on how AI mineral sorting solutions could be utilized to help mining companies sort minerals such as coal, lithium, tungsten, and over 30 other mineral types to help reach their net-zero goal, while achieving maximum economic benefit from pre-concentrated high-grade ores. Through this in-depth discussion, the importance of ore sorting on the mining industry and creating green mines was recognized by the directors and CHTF committee to receive this year's Outstanding Product Award.

About the Fair

The China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) and China Hi-Tech Forum 2023 is the largest and most influential science and technology fair in China. The fair started as a means to set a platform for advance technological business exchanges, project matchmaking, financing training, and trade sessions. The exhibition covers an area of 500,000 m2, with 4,925 enterprises from 105 countries and regions. Held annually, a group of foreign officials, heads of corporations and education leaders also visit this event to further engage in international cooperation between policies, scientific research, and its applications. Several hi-tech enterprises, including Huawei, ZTE, DJI, BYD and UBtech Robotics, will launch new technologies and products at the CHTF. HPY Technology’s close partner, the Guang Ming Science City also presented a series of their futuristic robot projects.

As the fair reached its quarter century, this year's forum closely followed the theme of the CHTH Fair, "Stimulate Innovation Vitality, Enhance Development Quality", and touched on the hot trends in science and technology. Specifically, there were five forums with three main themes, including: "New Era, New Technology, New Economy", "Emerging Science and Technology Changing the World", "Innovation Leading the Future".

World-Changing Innovation at the Tech Forum

The five forums focused on relevant policies and the most heated topics of discussion such as: digital economy, specialization and innovation; Artificial Intelligence; Information and Communication Technology; Smart factory and industrial interconnection; green and low carbon solutions; life sciences and medical eco-systems; neurology and neuro-like intelligence; synthetic biotechnology; quantum information; low altitude airspace economy and airspace technology.

“Emerging Technologies That Will Change the World” (Part II) took place on November 16th, its speakers include: Chen Xuedong, Member of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Deputy General Manager & Chief Engineer of China National Machinery Industry Corporation, Wu Zhiqiang, Chen Xiangsheng, who are all renounced member of Chinese Academy of Engineering. HPY ensured to attend this forum in order to expand the company’s vision in how can intelligent applications can affect operations in small industrial plants, to achieve a green and energy conserving society.
